Lyn Palmer and Vivienne Blandford from the South East Woodland Archaeological Forum (SEWAF) gave details about what archaeological features may be present in Bredhurst Woods. They also explained about possible training for BWAG members to understand the archaeology of Bredhurst Woods and to record and identify archaeological features. . Andrew Mayfield, Community Archaeologist for Kent, brought along the new LiDAR survey for the Medway Gap. This survey currently omits Bredhurst Woods but BWAG will explore the possibility of a LiDAR survey our site. SEWAF will be returning to Bredhurst early in 2012 to help BWAG get started on the survey of Bredhurst Woods.
