Neil Coombs, the guest speaker from Kent Wildlife Trust, spoke about the history of the woods from medieval times onwards. The new constitution was formally adopted and BWAG will now proceed with its application to become a registered charity. Our current status is as an Advisory Committee to Bredhurst Parish Council, a role which we have outgrown. It is now time to become a separate conservation charity which will be more beneficial and help BWAG to develop further.
